The Adamson Soaring Falcons are the collegiate men's basketball team of Adamson University, which play in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP), the premiere sports league in the country.
History
Adamson University along with Manila Central University (MCU), University of Manila and University of the East (UE) were admitted in 1952 on a two-year probationary membership status. Only UE and MCU retained as permanent member. However, MCU pulled-out in 1962. Adamson was readmitted into the association in 1970.
Adamson Soaring Falcons won its first Championship in the UAAP in UAAP Season 40 (1977–1978).

Until 1997, the UAAP primarily ranked the teams by tournament points using FIBA's method. Starting in 1998, the UAAP primarily ranked by winning percentage. There's no difference in ranking once all games were played, but in the middle of the season, rankings made by these two methods may differ.

Marlou Aquino - Known as The Skyscraper for his towering interior defense. He played for Ginebra, Sta. Lucia and Meralco. One of the 40 Greatest Players in PBA hstory.
Ken Bono - a former professional player who played for various teams in the PBA. He was the first Soaring Falcon to win season MVP and led the team to its first ever Final Four appearance in season 69.
Roider Cabrera - a former professional basketball player who played in both the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and the PBA 3x3. He played for the Terrafirma Dyip. In November 2021, Cabrera collapsed after a game in the PBA 3x3. He was rushed to the hospital and fell into a vegetative state. Cabrera has slowly been making progress since then, but he is still in need of financial assistance to continue his recovery.
Jerick Cañada - who has played for various teams in the Philippines and abroad. He is currently playing for the ARQ Builders Lapu-Lapu City Heroes in the Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup.
Kenneth Duremdes - The 1998 PBA MVP. Best known for his high-flying and sharpshooting during his playing years, Captain Marbel is one of the 40 Greatest Players in the PBA.
Jerom Lastimosa - current player for the Magnolia Hotshots. He was the first ever Adamson alumnus given a jersey retirement by the university with his number 7 being given the honor.
