Billy Martin Joel (lahir 9 Mei 1949) merupakan penyanyi berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat.
Billy Joel dikenal luas pertama kali dari hit Just The Way You Are pada dekade 1970-an. Ia mahir bermain piano dan lagu-lagunya beraliran RnB. Pada tahun 1982 ia mengeluarkan album "Car Stereo" dengan hit Uptown Girl (dinyanyikan ulang oleh Westlife pada tahun 2003). Hitnya yang lain adalah River of Dream (In The Middle of The Night).
