William Everett Preston (2 September 1946 – 6 Juni 2006) adalah seorang kibordis, penyanyi, dan penulis lagu asal Amerika yang karyanya mencakup R&B, rock, soul, dan funk. Preston adalah kibordis terkenal di era 1960-an, dia membantu berbagai musisi seperti Little Richard, Sam Cooke, Ray Charles, the Everly Brothers, James Cleveland, The Beatles dan The Rolling Stones.
Preston adalah salah satu dari dua musisi non-Beatle (bersama dengan Tony Sheridan) yang diberi penghargaan atas rekaman Beatles atas permintaan band; single Get Back dikreditkan sebagai The Beatles with Billy Preston. Dia terus merekam dan tampil dengan George Harrison setelah The Beatles bubar, bersama dengan musisi lain seperti Eric Clapton dan Rolling Stones di banyak album dan tur grup selama tahun 1970-an. Pada 12 Mei 2021, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame mengumumkan bahwa Preston akan diberi penghargaan.
