Budidaya rumput laut adalah praktik menanam dan memanen rumput laut.
Spesies pangan utama yang dikembangkan pada budi daya perairan di Jepang, China dan Korea meliputi Gelidium, Pterocladia, Porphyra, dan Laminaria.




Sejarah


Budidaya rumput laut dimulai di Jepang pada awal 1670 di Teluk Tokyo.
