Cai Yong (132–192), nama kehormatan Bojie, adalah seorang abdi dan cendekiawan dinasti Han Timur. Ia handal dalam bidang kaligrafi, musik, matematika dan astronomi. Salah satu putrinya, Cai Yan / Cai Wenji, juga merupakan penyair dan musisi terkenal.
