Chizuru Ikewaki (池脇 千鶴code: ja is deprecated , Ikewaki Chizuru, lahir 21 November 1981 di Higashiosaka, Osaka) adalah aktris berkebangsaan Jepang. Namanya dikenal ketika menerima penghargaan Best New Talent award dalam perhelatan Yokohama Film Festival tahun 2000 berkat penampilannya dalam film Osaka Story. Dia tampil dalam serial drama prodksi Kiyoshi Kurosawa tahun 2012 berjudul Penance. Dia juga tampil di beberapa film antara Lain Sword of Desperation dan Looking for a True Fiancee.
