The Other World: Comical History of the States and Empires of the Moon (bahasa Prancis: L’Autre monde ou les états et empires de la Lune) adalah novel satir pertama dari tiga novel yang ditulis oleh Cyrano de Bergerac. Cerita ini diterbitkan secara khusus pada tahun 1657, bersama dengan karya pendampingnya The States and Empires of the Sun, dianggap sebagai salah satu cerita fiksi ilmiah yang paling awal diterbitkan. Arthur C. Clarke memuji buku tersebut dengan deskripsi pertama tentang penerbangan luar angkasa bertenaga roket, dan dengan penemuan ramjet.
