Creepy Nuts is a Japanese hip hop duo consisting of DJ Matsunaga and R-Shitei. They made their major label debut in 2017. Their fan club is called "Club Creepy Nuts".
The duo performed the opening and ending themes for various anime and live-action television series like Call of the Night, Extremely Inappropriate!, and Dandadan. They also made the theme song of the Spring Koshien broadcasts in 2022.
Their single "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" was released on January 7, 2024, as the opening theme for the second season of the anime series Mashle: Magic and Muscles. It topped the Billboard Japan Hot 100 for eight consecutive weeks, becoming the duo's first number-one single on the chart as lead artists. It was also a worldwide hit, reaching number eight on the Billboard Global 200.
Several songs have been certified by the Recording Industry Association of Japan in the streaming category, including "Nobishiro", which has been certified platinum.
The duo announced on their final show of their 2024 one-man tour that they would perform at Tokyo Dome on February 11, 2025, marking their first dome performance.
