Denise Scott Brown (née Lakofski; lahir 3 Oktober 1931) adalah seorang arsitek, perencana, penulis, pengajar, dan kepala firma Venturi, Scott Brown and Associates di Philadelphia. Scott Brown dan suami sekaligus mitranya, Robert Venturi, dianggap sebagai salah satu arsitek paling berpengaruh pada abad kedua puluh, keduanya melalui arsitektur dan perencanaan mereka, dan penulisan dan pengajaran teoretikal.
