Hector A. Luisi (19 September 1919 – 05 agustus 2013) adalah politisi Uruguay . Dia adalah Menteri luar Negeri (1967-1968) dan Duta besar Uruguay ke Amerika Serikat (1985-1990).
Luisi meninggal di usia 94 tahun pada 5 agustus 2013. kematiannya disebabkan oleh stenosis tulang belakang dan hipertensi.
