Henry Nicholas Ridley CMG (1911), MA (Oxon), FRS, FLS, F.R.H.S. (10 Desember 1855 – 24 Oktober 1956) adalah seorang botanis dan geolog Inggris.
Lahir di West Harling Hall, Norfolk, Inggris. Ridley adalah Direktur Saintifik pertama Taman Botani Singapura dari 1888 sampai 1911.
Ridley pensiun dari Singapura pada 1911 dan bermukim di Inggris pada masa sisa-sisa hidupnya.
