Jerry Fincher Hough (kelahiran 1935) adalah James B. Duke Professor dari Ilmu Politik di Duke University. Hough telah mengajar di Duke sejak 1973; ia sebelumnya mengajar di University of Toronto dan University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, dan menjabat sebagai anggota senior di The Brookings Institution. Hough meraih gelar A.B., A.M. dan PhD dari Harvard University. Ia berencana berhenti mengajar pada 2016 dan pensiun pada 2018. Ia adalah mantan suami sejarawan Australia-Amerika dari kajian Uni Soviet Sheila Fitzpatrick.
