John Harvey Kellogg (26 Februari 1852 – 14 Desember 1943) adalah seorang dokter, nutrisionis, penemu, aktivis kesehatan dan pengusaha asal Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah direktur Battle Creek Sanitarium di Battle Creek, Michigan. Sanitarium tersebut didirikan oleh para anggota Gereja Adventis Hari Ketujuh. Tempat tersebut memadukan unsur spa Eropa, lembaga hidroterapi, rumah sakit dan hotel papan atas. Kellogg merawat orang kaya dan terkenal sekaligus orang muskin yang tak dapat masuk rumah sakit lainnya.
