Julian Alexander Kitchener-Fellowes, Baron Fellowes of West Stafford, DL (lahir 17 Agustus 1949) adalah seorang pemeran, novelis, sutradara dan penulis naskah asal Inggris, dan anggota Partai Konservatif dari Dewan Bangsawan.
Fellowes dikenal sebagai pengarang beberapa novel berpenjualan terbaik Sunday Times; untuk skenario pada film Gosford Park, yang memenangkan Academy Award untuk Skenario Asli Terbaik pada 2002; dan sebagai pembuat, penulis dan produser eksekutif serial ITV Downton Abbey (2010–2015).
