This is the list of chapters and colonies of Phi Mu, a National Panhellenic Conference sorority, in order of formation. In some cases a naming convention appears to utilize a first letter indicative of a state or region, thus many Pennsylvania chapter designations begin with "Phi"; however there are some exceptions to this rule where a name was derived from a predecessor local. Where no predecessor is noted the chapter evolved from a colony.
Unless otherwise noted, citations are from the national Phi Mu chapter list or the online Baird's Archive. Active chapters are noted in bold, inactive chapters and institutions are noted in italics.
