Nang Kalayar Aung (Burmese: နန်းကလျာအောင်; born Nang Kalayar Aung 6 July 1998), s a Burmese singer, model ethnic Shan descent. Nang Kalayar Aung, together with her mentor, vocal instructor Daw Aye Aye Thin from Mandalay Pantra School, gained audience support by performing a cover of the song "Where No Painter Can Compete." She first became known for her cover of Nwe Yin Win's song "D Achin Ka Sa" and Aye Chan May's song "Thu Thi Twar P". She is considered one of the most successful female singer in the history of Burmese Cover Song music.
Her first solo song Yin Khwin Mat Tine was released in 2020 March 6.
Early life and education
She was born on July 6, 1998, in Mandalay, Myanmar, to her parents Nang Kyu Kyu and Aung Tun. After completing her education, she initially pursued a career as a study guide but soon transitioned into the music industry. She is fluent in both English and Chinese and has been actively performing at local shows, events, and concerts.
Music career
She began her music career by singing cover songs and uploading her songs on internet. She has become popular due to his songs since 2018. In 2020 March, her debut song Yin Khwin Mat Tine was released. Her second song Solitude was released in 2020 May. In 2020 July, his third song Tay Sat Thu Aboh was released. Almost all of her songs were peaked in Top 10 on Myanmar Top Chart on Joox. Her fourth song, "Bawa Atwat Nin," was released on July 9, 2024. She will soon release a new song related to "Bawa Atwat Nin," titled "Pay Sat Chinn."

Nang Kalayar Aung has a younger sister. She is single and practices Buddhism. Currently residing in Yangon, Myanmar, she continues to work as a model while pursuing her career as a singer.
