Pembrokeshire (, , atau ; bahasa Wales: Sir Benfro [ˈsiːr ˈbɛnvrɔ]) atau county Pembroke (Penfro) merupakan nama dari sebuah county yang terletak di wilayah paling barat Wales, di tepi Laut Irlandia.
County ini banyak menyimpan dolmen prasejarah dan megalit, serta salib batu Kristen Keltik.
Ibu kota dari county baru ini dipindahkan ke Haverfordwest. Kota-kota utamanya adalah Fishguard, Milford Haven, St Davids (dalam bahasa Wales, Tyddewi).
County ini juga memberikan namanya pada salah satu dari dua ras anjing Welsh Corgi: Welsh Corgi Pembroke.
