Rosie the Riveter adalah sebuah ikon kebudayaan dari Amerika Serikat, yang mewakili wanita Amerika yang bekerja di pabrik dan galangan kapal pada Perang Dunia II, beberapa di antaranya memproduksi amunisi dan suplai. Wanita tersebut terkadang mengambil pekerjaan baru secara sepenuhnya menggantikan para buruh laki-laki yang berada dalam militer. Rosie the Riveter digunakan sebagai lambang feminisme dan kekuatan ekonomi wanita. Gambar-gambar yang mirip dari buruh perang wanita muncul di negara-negara lainnya seperti Inggris dan Australia.
