Stephen Suleyman Schwartz (lahir 9 September 1948) adalah seorang jurnalis, kolumnis, dan penulis Muslim Amerika Serikat. Ia telah melakukan penerbitan di berbagai media, termasuk The Wall Street Journal. Ia merupakan direktur eksekutif Center for Islamic Pluralism. Pada Agustus 2011, ia terpilih sebagai anggota Badan Editorial Majalah Folks.
Ia berlatar belakang politik sayap kiri tradisional, dan jurnalismenya berfokus pada Marxisme, Komunisme dan anarkisme, tetapi saat ini Schwartz menyatakan dirinya sebagai libertarian.
Ia telah mempelajari Sufisme sejak akhir 1960an dan masuk sekolah Hanafi Islam sejak 1997.
