Sweden was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 1975 with the song "Jennie, Jennie", written and performed by Lasse Berghagen. The Swedish participating broadcaster, Sveriges Radio (SR), selected its entry through Melodifestivalen 1975. In addition, SR was also the host broadcaster and staged the event at the Sankt Eriks-Mässan in Stockholm, after winning the previous edition with the song "Waterloo" by ABBA.
