Tezuka Productions Co., Ltd. (株式会社手塚プロダクションcode: ja is deprecated , Kabushiki-gaisha Tezuka Purodakushon) adalah sebuah studio animasi yang didirikan oleh Osamu Tezuka pada tahun 1968. Studio ini dikenal karena telah menganimasikan karya-karya seperti Marvelous Melmo, serial Astro Boy tahun 1980 dan 2003, serta Black Jack. Putranya, Makoto Tezuka, saat ini berniat menggunakan Tezuka Productions demi memperluas seri manga karya Tezuka dengan edisi baru dan merilis karya anumerta seperti Legend of the Forest.
Logo mereka merupakan siluet kepala Astro Boy berwarna biru.
