Tiberius Claudius Balbilus, nama lengkap Tiberius Claudius Balbillus Modestus, juga dikenal sebagai Tiberius Claudius Balbillus, Barbillus, Babilus, Balbillus dan Balbillus orang Bijak (Tiberius Claudius Balbillus Modestus in bahasa Yunani: Τιβέριος Κλαύδιος Βαλβίλλος Μόδεστος, 3-79) adalah seorang cendekiawan, politikus dan astrolog Romawi Kuno untuk kaisar-kaisar Romawi Claudius, Nero dan Vespasian pada abad ke-1.
