Dalam mitologi Aztek, Tlazolteotl adalah dewi perilaku buruk, pemurnian, pemandian air panas, nafsu, bidan, kotoran, serta pelindung para pezinah. Ia dikenal dengan tiga nama, yaitu Tlahēlcuāni, Tlazōlmiquiztli, dan Ixcuina atau Ixcuinan.
Ia berperan penting dalam kegiatan pengakuan dosa yang dilakukan lewat perantara imam-imamnya.
