Vicken Cheterian (bahasa Armenia: Վիգէն Չըթըրեան) adalah seorang jurnalis dan penulis kelahiran Lebanon, yang mengajar hubungan internasional di Universitas Webster Jenewa. Dia juga mengajar di Universitas Jenewa dan Universitas SOAS London (2012-2014). Vicken juga seorang kolumnis di surat kabar yang berbasis di Istanbul, Agos. Dia mendapatkan gelar PhD dari Institut Studi Internasional dan Pengembangan (IUHEI).
