Walter Max Ulyate Sisulu (18 Mei 1912 – 5 Mei 2003) adalah seorang anggota Kongres Nasional Afrika dan aktivis anti-apartheid Afrika Selatan, yang menjabat beberapa kali sebagai Sekretaris-Jenderal dan Deputi Presiden organisasi tersebut. Ia ditahan di Pulau Robben, dimana ia menjalani lebih dari 25 tahun penjara.
