Yahudi Iran (bahasa Persia: یهودیان ایرانی) (bahasa Ibrani: יהודים פרסים) adalah Yahudi yang menuturkan bahasa-bahasa Iran sebagai bahasa utama.
Menurut Komite Yahudi Tehran, jumlah penduduk Yahudi di Iran diperkirakan sekitar 25,000 sampai 35,000, yang diperkirakan 15,000 di antaranya berada di Tehran sementara sisanya berada di Hamadan, Shiraz, Isfahan, Kermanshah, Yazd, Kerman, Rafsanjan, Borujerd, Sanandaj, Tabriz dan Urmia. Namun, sensus resmi negara 2011 mencatat hanya 8,756 Yahudi di Iran.
Saat ini, istilah "Yahudi Iran" juga banyak digunakan untuk merujuk kepada masyarakat Yahudi dari negara Iran.
