Zenas Randall Bliss (17 April 1835 – 2 Januari 1900) adalah seorang perwira dan jenderal dalam Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat dan penerima Medal of Honor. Ia merupakan ayah dari Wakil Gubernur Rhode Island Zenas Work Bliss.
