Sinopsis
Pada abad ke-14, Wenceslas IV dari Wangsa Luksemburg adalah raja Bohemia, Raja Jerman, dan kaisar Romawi pada saat yang sama. Wenceslas menerima takhta setelah ayahnya Charles IV, tetapi pemerintahannya tidak sesukses ayahnya, dan kerajaannya tampak hancur di bawah kekuasaannya yang lemah. Negara ini sebenarnya dikuasai oleh Henry III dari Rosenberg, bangsawan paling berkuasa di negara itu.
