Sinopsis
Sandy Cheeks merupakan ahli biologi kelautan yang tinggal di Bikini Bottom untuk mengumpulkan data. Selain meneliti biota laut, termasuk bulu babi, Sandy juga sangat pintar dan bisa menciptakan berbagai macam gadget. Pada suatu hari, Bikini Bottom menghadapi masalah besar. Kawasan tersebut tiba-tiba dikeruk manusia. Seluruh kehidupan Bikini Bottom dibawa B.O.O.T.S Marine Biology Lab yang berada di Galveston, Texas. Semua dibawa, mulai dari rumah nanas SpongeBob, Patrick Star, Mr. Crab. Squidward, seluruh warga dan kehidupannya. Bikini Bottom pun jadi bak tanah kosong tanpa warganya. Saat pengerukan hendak dimulai, Sandy segera menarik SpongeBob untuk menjauh. Hal tersebut membuat mereka berdua dan Sparky, kuda mesin ciptaan Sandy, menjadi yang tersisa di dalam laut. Namun, situasi itu membuat Sandy tak tinggal diam, terlebih lagi B.O.O.T.S merupakan laboratorium tempatnya bekerja, sebelum ditempatkan di Bikini Bottom. Sandy mencoba cari tahu informasi lebih lanjut dengan menghubungi rekan kerjanya di B.O.O.T.S. Ali-alih mendapatkan kejelasan, ia malah mengetahui situasi terbaru mengenai kerja sama pembangunan water parks yang dimiliki Sue Nahmee. Ia mengajak SpongeBob SquarePants ke darat untuk menyelamatkan teman-teman dan Bikini Bottom. Sandy pun melepaskan seluruh pakaian astronaut yang membuatnya bertahan di dalam laut. Dengan set Bikini ungu, ia membantu SpongeBob bertahan di daratan. Sandy Cheeks pun menunjukkan kemampuan terbang kepada sahabatnya tersebut. Tak hanya itu, keluarga besar Sandy Cheeks juga ikut turun tangan membantu penyelamatan biota laut tersebut. Manusia bukan satu-satunya yang harus mereka hadapi, hewan-hewan di darat, seperti ular juga menghambat upaya penyelamatan.Catatan
