    • Benjamin John "Ben" Whishaw (lahir 14 Oktober 1980) adalah pemeran berkebangsaan Inggris. Namanya mulai dikenal secara luas sebagai pemeran panggung ketika memainkan naskah Hamlet.     Latar belakang


    Whishaw lahir dan dibesarkan di Clifton, Bedfordshire. Dia merupakan putra pasangan Linda (née Hope), yang bekerja di kosmetik, dan Jose Whishaw, yang bekerja di bidang teknologi informasi. Ia memiliki saudara kembar fraternal, James. "Whishaw" bukanlah nama asli keluarga karena ayahnya keturunan orang Prancis- Jerman, dan ibunya dari Inggris.
