    Chris Dyer (lahir tahun 1969) adalah seorang insinyur ahli teknik mobil Formula 1 asal Australia. Saat ini ia bergabung bersama tim Ferrari, dan menjadi race engineer dari Kimi Räikkönen.

    Dyer telah memulai karier didunia balap sejak awal tahun 1990-an. Pertama kali adalah saat ia bergabung bersama tim Holden di negara asalnya, Australia. Kemudian kariernya terus beranjak tinggi. Dan pada musim 1997 ia masuk ke F1 menjadi race engineer di tim Arrows. Pembalap-pembalap yang ia tangani antara lain adalah Pedro Diniz, Tora Takagi, dan Jos Verstappen. Ia bertahan di Arrows sampai akhir 2000.
    Memasuki tahun 2001 ia pindah ke Ferrari, sebagai asisten dari Luca Baldiserri yang menangani mobil Ferrari Michael Schumacher. Dikarenakan Luca dipromosikan jabatan yang lebih tinggi, Dyer akhirnya diangkat menjadi race engineer Schumi dimusim 2003. Ia nyaris saja gagal mengantar Schumi menjadi juara dunia 2003. Namun berkat semangat dan kerja kerasnya, Schumi akhirnya bisa menjadi juara dunia 2003.
    Pada musim 2004, Schumi dan Dyer menjadi kombinasi mematikan bagi semua pembalap lain. Dengan didukung oleh kekuatan mobil Ferrari F2004, Schumi dengan mudahnya menjadi juara dunia pada tahun tersebut. Bahkan atas saran Ross Brawn, Dyer berani menerapkan strategi pitstop gila di GP Prancis dengan empat stint. Dan Schumi menjadi pembalap F1 pertama dalam sejarah yang menjalankan strategi pit stop empat kali.
    Pada tahun 2005 dan 2006 Dyer gagal mengantar Schumi menjadi juara dunia. Sempat santer diberitakan ia akan hengkang seiring dengan pensiunnya Schumi. Namun dengan masuknya Kimi Räikkönen di musim 2007, akhirnya membuat Dyer memutuskan untuk bertahan di Ferrari. Ia pun akhirnya mampu mengantarkan Kimi Raikkonen menjadi juara dunia 2007 walaupun nyaris gagal.
