    Ful medames (bahasa Arab: فول مدمس, fūl midammis IPA: [fuːl meˈdæmmes]; pengucapan lainnya meliputi ful mudammas dan foule mudammes), atau singkatnya fūl, adalah sebuah hidangan Mesir dari kara oncet yang dimasak yang disajikan dengan minyak sayur, jintan putih, dan ditambah dengan potongan peterseli, bawang putih, bawang bombay, perasan lemon, dan cabai. Ful medames merupakan makanan pokok di Mesir, khususnya di kota-kota utara Kairo dan Gizah. Ful medames juga merupakan bagian umum dari masakan Lebanon, Suriah, Palestina, Yordania, Israel, Sudan, Yaman, dan Arab Saudi.
