Scooby-Doo adalah sebuah serial animasi televisi Amerika Serikat yang diproduksi untuk acara televisi Sabtu pagi hari (jam tayang untuk acara televisi anak-anak di AS). Film animasi ini telah diproduksi dalam beberapa versi yang berbeda dari tahun 1969 hingga sekarang.
Serial animasi Scooby-Doo diciptakan oleh Joe Ruby, Ken Spears (cerita) dan Iwao Takamoto (perancang karakter) untuk Hanna-Barbera Productions --- produser film animasi yang menghasilkan banyak seri-seri lainnya yang berhubungan dengan Scooby-Doo—hingga dibelinya rumah produksi ini oleh Warner Bros. pada tahun 1997. Warner Bros. ini kemudian meneruskan produksi serial animasi ini sejak saat itu.
Walaupun format acara dan tokoh-tokoh serial ini berbeda-beda semenjak diciptakan, versi serial TV Scooby-Doo yang paling terkenal adalah yang terdiri atas Scooby-Doo --- seekor anjing yang mampu berbicara --- dan empat orang remaja: Fred "Freddie" Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, dan Norville "Shaggy" Rogers.
Kelima tokoh ini (secara resmi dikenal bersama sebagai "Mystery, Inc." walaupun pada awalnya tidak dinamai demikian) berkeliling dunia menggunakan sebuah mobil van yang dinamai "Mystery Machine", dan memecahkan berbagai misteri yang berhubungan dengan hantu dan kekuatan gaib. Pada akhir tiap episode-nya, kekuatan gaib itu ternyata memiliki suatu penjelasan yang masuk akal, biasanya mengenai rencana-rencana kriminal yang menggunakan kostum dan efek mekanis khusus dengan tujuan untuk menakut-nakuti atau mengalihkan perhatian. Pada versi-versi Scooby-Doo yang lebih baru disajikan variasi-variasi yang baru mengenai tema-tema kekuatan gaib, dan menampilkan beberapa tokoh baru seperti Scooby-Dum, sepupu Scooby-Doo, dan Scrappy-Doo, keponakan Scooby-Doo.
Seri animasi TV Scooby-Doo mulanya ditayangkan di stasiun TV AS CBS dari tahun 1969 hingga tahun 1976 ketika acara ini pindah ke ABC. Stasiun TV ABC menghentikan tayangan film seri ini pada tahun 1986, tapi menayangkan seri tiruannya berjudul "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" dari tahun 1988 hingga tahun 1991. Seri Scooby-Doo baru, "What's New, Scooby-Doo?", ditayangkan oleh Cartoon Network dan diteruskan oleh WB Network dalam bagian program Kids' WB dari tanggal, 14 Mei 2002 hingga tanggal, 23 Desember 2005. Serial Scooby-Doo terkini, "Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue!", ditayangkan tiap Sabtu pagi oleh CW Network.
Scooby-Doo pertama kali tayang di stasiun televisi Indonesia pada tahun 1998, semula ditayangkan di TPI (sekarang MNCTV), selanjutnya ditayangkan antv dari tahun 2002 hingga 2014, kemudian ditayangkan lagi di Trans TV pada tahun 2014.
