Oct 25, 2013 · We used to hit the Bayou, regularly. There was farther in town that had just an awning / doors at the street level. Walk down the stairs and there were two (or three?) bars with a dance floor and some tables in the center. Don't recall seeing any live music there but the DJ spun records from inside the cab of an old truck near the dance floor.

Aug 19, 2013 · I forgot mine (expired in April). I went to court in Arlington last week. It's a breeze. I had a nice breakfast at Bayou Bakery, and the cases moved pretty fast. I was out by 10. Dec 20, 2016 · I used to go to the Bayou also, back in 70, 71. It was under the ,I think George Washington bridge in Georgetown. A band called Oddysey played there, they later changed their name to The Seven Ups. And sometimes I'd go to a place called Clancy's, I was only 17 at the time but DC treated servicemen well back then.

Jun 11, 2015 · What memories I remember here! I loves going to Gtown to see the bands and the crowds were always moving from Crazy Horse Pall Mall Winston's and the Bayou and the slide Beneath it All. I also loved The Fish Market and for a short time Pentagons. So many friends that loved The greasy but wonderful gyros two doors down from the Crazy Horse.
