The 2024 FIBA U15 Centrobasket will be the seventh edition of the Central American and Caribbean basketball championship for men's under-15 national teams. The tournament will be played at Gimnasio Universitario UACJ in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, from 4 to 8 December 2024.

Group phase


In this round, the teams were drawn into two groups. The first two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals; the other teams will advance to the 5th–7th place playoffs.
