Abra
Incumbent Ching Bernos (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a second term as a nominee of the Solid North party-list. Bernos was elected under the Nacionalista Party unopposed in 2022.
Apayao
Incumbent Eleanor Begtang (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a second term unopposed. Begtang was elected under PDP–Laban unopposed in 2022.
Baguio
Incumbent Mark Go (Nacionalista Party) is term-limited and running for Mayor of Baguio. Go was elected with 75.11% of the vote in 2022.
Benguet
Incumbent Eric Yap (Lakas–CMD) is running for a third term. Yap, having represented the ACT-CIS Partylist from 2019 until 2022, was elected to represent Benguet under the United Benguet Party with 61.40% of the vote in 2022.
Ifugao
Incumbent Solomon Chungalao (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a third term. Chungalao was re-elected with 43.94% of the vote in 2022.
Kalinga
Incumbent Allen Jesse Mangaoang (Nacionalista Party) is term-limited. Mangaoang was re-elected with 76.05% of the vote in 2022.
Mountain Province
Incumbent Maximo Dalog Jr. (Nacionalista Party) is running for a third term unopposed. Dalog was re-elected with 56.09% of the vote in 2022.
