Sulu
= Sulu's 1st district
=Incumbent Samier Tan (Lakas–CMD) is running for a third term. Tan was re-elected unopposed in 2022.
= Sulu's 2nd district
=Incumbent Munir Arbison Jr. (Lakas–CMD) is running for a second term as a nominee of the Kapuso FM party-list. Arbison was elected unopposed in 2022.
Zamboanga City
= Zamboanga City's 1st district
=Incumbent Khymer Adan Olaso (Nacionalista Party) is retiring to run for mayor of Zamboanga City. Olaso was elected with 49.43% of the vote in 2022.

=Term-limited incumbent Manuel Jose Dalipe (Lakas–CMD) is running for mayor of Zamboanga City. Dalipe was re-elected with 53.99% of the vote in 2022.
Zamboanga del Norte
