    Incumbent Khymer Adan Olaso (Nacionalista Party) is retiring to run for mayor of Zamboanga City. Olaso was elected with 49.43% of the vote in 2022.

    Term-limited incumbent Manuel Jose Dalipe (Lakas–CMD) is running for mayor of Zamboanga City. Dalipe was re-elected with 53.99% of the vote in 2022.
