Incumbent Teodorico Haresco Jr. (Nacionalista Party) is running for a third and final term. Haresco was re-elected with 87.43% of the vote in 2022.




Antique


Incumbent Antonio Legarda Jr. (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a second term. Legarda was elected with 63.55% of the vote in 2022.




Capiz

Incumbent Tawi Billones (Liberal Party) is term-limited. Billones was re-elected with 53.01% of the vote in 2022.

Guimaras


Incumbent Lucille Nava (National Unity Party) is retiring to run as Governor of Guimaras. Nava was re-elected under PDP–Laban with 97.22% of the vote in 2022.

Incumbent Janette Garin (Lakas–CMD) is running for a third and final term. Garin was re-elected under the National Unity Party with 83.48% of the vote in 2022.

Incumbent Michael Gorriceta (Nacionalista Party) is retiring. Gorriceta was re-elected unopposed in 2022.




= Iloilo's 3rd district

Incumbent Lorenz Defensor (National Unity Party) is running for a third and final term. Defensor was re-elected with 98.28% of the vote in 2022.

Incumbent Julienne Baronda (Lakas–CMD is running for a third and final term. Baronda was re-elected under the National Unity Party with 69.68% of the vote in 2022.
