The 2025 Philippine local elections in the Cordillera Administrative Region are scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025.
Abra
= Governor of Abra
=Incumbent Dominic Valera (Asenso Abrenio) is running for mayor of Bangued. Valera was elected with 51.10% of the vote in 2022. On December 9, 2024, Office of the President suspended Valera for a violation in filling a vacancy in a municipal council. Russell Bragas became acting governor.
= Vice Governor of Abra
=Incumbent Joy Bernos (Asenso Abrenio) is running for a first full term. Bernos was elected with 71.42% of the vote in 2022. On August 12, 2024, Office of the President suspended Bernos over her order as governor in 2020 to lockdown a hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Russell Bragas became acting vice governor. A temporary restraining order by an Abra court halted Bernos' suspension from September 2 to 23, 2024. On December 9, 2024, the Office of the President suspended Bernos, along with Governor Dominic Valera, for a violation in filling a vacancy in a municipal council. Bragas became acting governor, and Allan Seares became acting vice governor.

=The Abra Provincial Board is composed of 12 board members, eight of whom are elected.
Abra's 1st provincial district
Abra's 1st provincial district consists of the municipalities of Boliney, Bucay, Bucloc, Daguioman, Langiden, Luba, Manabo, Peñarrubia, Pidigan, Pilar, Sallapadan, San Isidro, San Quintin, Tubo and Villaviciosa. Four board members are elected from this provincial district.
Abra's 2nd provincial district
Abra's 2nd provincial district consists of the municipalities of Bangued, Danglas, Dolores, La Paz, Lacub, Lagangilang, Lagayan, Licuan-Baay, Malibcong, San Juan, Tayum and Tineg. Four board members are elected from this provincial district.
Apayao
= Governor of Apayao
=Incumbent Elias Bulut Jr. (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a second term. Bulut was elected unopposed in 2022.
= Vice Governor of Apayao
=Incumbent Remy Albano (Kilusang Bagong Lipunan) is retiring. Albano was re-elected with 50.55% of the vote in 2022.
= Apayao Provincial Board
=The Apayao Provincial Board is composed of 12 board members, eight of whom are elected.
Apayao's 1st provincial district
Apayao's 1st provincial district consists of the municipalities of Calanasan, Conner and Kabugao. Four board members are elected from this provincial district.
Apayao's 2nd provincial district
Apayao's 2nd provincial district consists of the municipalities of Flora, Luna, Pudtol and Santa Marcela. Four board members are elected from this provincial district.
Baguio
= Mayor of Baguio
=Incumbent Benjamin Magalong (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a third term. Magalong was re-elected with 51.75% of the vote in 2022.
= Vice Mayor of Baguio
=Incumbent Faustino Olowan (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for a third term. Olowan was re-elected under the Nacionalista Party with 52.34% of the vote in 2022.
= Baguio City Council
=The Baguio City Council is composed of 15 councilors, 12 of whom are elected.
Benguet
= Governor of Benguet
=Incumbent Melchor Diclas (Lakas–CMD) is running for a third term. Diclas was re-elected under PDP–Laban with 57.62% of the vote in 2022.
= Vice Governor of Benguet
=Incumbent Tagel Felipe (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for the House of Representatives in Benguet's lone legislative district. Felipe was elected as an independent with 52.43% of the vote in 2022.
= Benguet Provincial Board
=The Benguet Provincial Board is composed of 14 board members, 10 of whom are elected.
Benguet's 1st provincial district
Benguet's 1st provincial district consists of the municipalities of Bokod, Itogon, Kabayan, Sablan and Tuba. Four board members are elected from this provincial district.
Benguet's 2nd provincial district
Benguet's 2nd provincial district consists of the municipalities of Atok, Bakun, Buguias, Kapangan, Kibungan, La Trinidad, Mankayan and Tublay. Six board members are elected from this provincial district.

=Incumbent Jerry Dalipog (Lakas–CMD) is running for a third term. Dalipog was re-elected under Kilusang Bagong Lipunan with 79.90% of the vote in 2022.

=Incumbent Glenn Prudenciano (Lakas–CMD) is running for a third term. Prudenciano was re-elected under the Liberal Party with 53.10% of the vote in 2022.
