Ann Cusack (lahir 22 Mei 1961) adalah seorang aktris asal Amerika Serikat. Dia memiliki peran kecil dalam film Multiplicity (1996), A League of Their Own (1992) dan The Informant! (2009). Cusack lahir di Kota New York dan dibesarkan di Evanston, Illinois. Dia adalah saudara perempuan dari aktor Joan, John, Bill dan Susie. Ibunya, Ann Paula "Nancy" (née Carolan), adalah mantan guru matematika dan aktivis politik. Ayahnya, Dick Cusack, adalah seorang aktor, produser dan penulis. Dengan saudaranya Joan dan John, dia berlatih di Piven Theatre Workshop di Evanston dan Berklee College of Music di Boston, Massachusetts.
