David Production Inc. (株式会社デイヴィッドプロダクションcode: ja is deprecated , Kabushiki-gaisha Deividdo Purodakushon) adalah studio animasi Jepang dan anak usaha dari Fuji TV.




Pendirian


Studio ini didirikan oleh mantan presiden Gonzo, produser Kōji Kajita dan Taito Okiura pada tahun 2007. Awalnya studio ini hanya menjadi subkontrak untuk memproduksi animasi dan terus berkembang hingga pada tahun 2009, David Production mendapat proyek untuk memproduksi seri animasi bersama dengan Ristorante Paradiso.
Fuji TV mengakuisisi David Production pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2014.
Nama studio ini didapat dari cerita al-kitab yang berjudul David and Goliath dan juga akronim dari "Design Audio & Visual Illusion Dynamics" yang di mana dapat memberi kesan dari animasi yang dibuat.
