Edmund Pendleton Gaines (20 Maret 1777 – 6 Juni 1849) adalah seorang perwira Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat yang mengabdi selama nyaris lima puluh tahun, dan meraih gelar mayor jenderal. Ia adalah salah satu panglima senior paada tahun-tahun pembentukannya pada awal sampai pertengahan 1800an, dan merupakan veteran Perang 1812, Peperangan Seminole, Perang Elang Hitam, dan Perang Meksiko–Amerika.
