Gabriel Acacius Coussa (3 Agustus 1897 – 29 Juli 1962) adalah seorang uskup agung Katolik Melkit Suriah, pakar dalam hukum kanon dan kardinal. Ia menjabat sebagai sekretaris Kongregasi bagi Gereja-gereja Timur dan penganut Katolik Timur pertama yang memegang jabatan tersebut.
