Grande Seca, Kekeringan Besar, atau kekeringan Brasil 1877–1878 adalah kekeringan terbesar dan paling merusak dalam sejarah Brasil. Kekeringan tersebut menyebabkan kematian antara 400.000 dan 500.000 orang. Dari 800.000 orang yang tinggal di Wilayah Timur Laut yang terdampak, sekitar 120.000 bermigrasi ke Amazon sementara 68.000 bermigrasi ke belahan Brasil lainnya.
