Guy Edward Pearce (lahir 5 Oktober 1967) adalah aktor, musisi, penyanyi, dan penulis lagu Australia kelahiran Inggris. Pearce memulai karirnya dengan memerankan Mike Young dalam serial televisi Australia Neighbours. Dia menerima perhatian internasional untuk peran terobosannya di The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (1994) dan kemudian mengambil peran utama dalam Curtis Hanson L.A. Masa muda


Pearce lahir Ely, Cambridgeshire, England. Ayahnya, Stuart Pearce, adalah seorang Angkatan Udara Selandia Baru pilot dan RAF pilot uji coba, dan ibunya, Anne Cocking (née Pickering), adalah seorang guru sekolah bahasa Inggris. Dia memiliki kakak perempuan, Tracy. Ketika Pierce berusia tiga tahun, keluarganya pindah ke Geelong, Victoria, Australia. Ketika Pearce berusia delapan tahun, ayahnya meninggal dalam kecelakaan terbang.
Pearce hadir Geelong College, dan merupakan anggota dari Geelong Society of Dramatic Arts (GSODA) Pemain Muda. Pada usia 16, dia adalah seorang amatir yang kompetitif Binaraga, mengarah ke gelar Junior Mr Victoria. Dia tinggal di Box Hill North, Victoria di akhir 1980-an saat mengerjakan serial drama Australia Neighbours. Penampilan film pertamanya, saat masih di Geelong College, adalah dalam film yang didanai oleh Wakil Rektor Victoria Life and Study at University, diproduksi dan disutradarai oleh Peter Lane dari Deakin University. Pearce berusia 17 tahun dan berperan sebagai siswa berusia 21 tahun.
