Hiduj District (Persian: بخش هیدوچ) is in Sib and Suran County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Hiduj.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population (as a part of Saravan County) was 16,743 in 3,630 households. The following census in 2011 counted 20,011 people in 4,814 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Sib and Suran County. The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 22,216 inhabitants in 5,873 households.
