Home adalah singel dari album studio kelima Dream Theater, Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory dan merupakan bagian keenam dari album tersebut. Home dirilis pada tanggal 11 Oktober 1999 untuk promo album.

Lagu Home menempati trek kedelapan dalam album Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory. Lirik lagu ditulis oleh Mike Portnoy yang merupakan bagian ke enam dari cerita yang terdapat di dalam album. Versi asli dari lagu adalah 12:53 menit, sedangkan versi singel adalah 5:38 menit.
Ada beberapa kesamaan lirik antara "Home" dan "Metropolis-Part I", seperti referensi untuk "the city's cold blood", "a lake of fire," dan baris "I was told there's a new love that's born for each one that has died."
