It has been reported from Ontario, Saskatchewan, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, West Virginia, western Virginia, and mountainous regions of western North Carolina, western South Carolina, and northern Georgia.
