Celeste Hung Cee Kay (洪詩琪; jyutping: hung4 si1 kei4; lahir 2 Maret 1972) adalah seorang perenang asal Hong Kong. Ia berkompetisi dalam lima lomba pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 1988.
Hung berlatih di Mantas Swimming Club bersama dengan Fenella Ng. Dalam lomba renang pada Pesta Olahraga Asia 1986, ia memenangkan medali perunggu dalam relay gaya bebas 4 × 100 m putri dengan Ng, Fu Mui, dan Lee Sau-mei. Ia kemudian menjadi direktur eksekutif Hop Hing (SEHK: 47), sebuah operator restoran Hong Kong.
