Grup musik ini dimotori oleh gitaris Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick yang piawai mengolah musik bernuansa acid jazz yang penuh warna. Musik hasil leburan unsur funk, soul, R&B, hip hop dan Latin yang membuat nama Incognito dikenal di seluruh dunia. Still A Friend of Mine, Eveyday, Don't You Worry 'Bout A Thing atau Change adalah beberapa contoh lagu mereka yang selalu mengajak orang untuk ikut bergoyang.
